"What is this" Fans query Geneveive Nnaji over Instagram photo

Screen goddess Genevieve Nnaji shared a  complicated photo on her instagram page a while ago which got fans asking "what is this?". She shared the photo with the caption 'thankGod it's Friday" but no one has been able to figure out what/who the photo is....I couldn't figure it out too though it looks like her lips.
