All trusts for re-opening of Universities has been dashed as the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), has neglected to achieve a concurrence with the national government on Thursday.
There were desires that the strike might be assembled off after the conference between the Federal Government constituted board headed by Benue State Governor, Hon. Gabriel Suswan, with the authority of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU as the National President of the union,dr. Addressing Vanguard on the result of the gathering, Dr. Fagge said, "Well it was inaugural gathering, so commonly not a lot was attained. It is just that the director (Governor Gabriel Suswan) let us know how he needs to do the chore.
