SAD : Man Commits Suicide Over Ban Of Okada in Kano



A commercial motorcyclist, Ali Harazumi Hamisu, has apparently committed suicide after the state government banned their operations in the Kano city.

Reports say that Ali Harazumi had lost his two wives because of his inability to cater for them in the wake of losing his occupation as a commercial motorcyclist.

The state government had issued a ban on motorcyclists to check the ceaseless strike by gunmen and robbers who operate utilizing these mode of transportation.

An occupant of Jaen Lavin Makera where Hamisu used to live spoke on the episode saying, "We were astounded Hamisu could head off to the extent of taking his own particular life. He was such a calm and peace-adoring man.

"Things went so awful for him when they banned commercial motorcyclists. He couldn't find any other thing to do. He had been doing modest work to sustain his family. He should have taken that choice out of disappointment," the inhabitant said.

Alhaji Yakubu Hamisu, senior sibling of the deceased likewise said that, "the late Ali had separated from his wives and was unable to pay for his house rent owing to the misfortune of his occupation. His wives needed to separate from him on the grounds that he could no more cater for their needs.
