The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has captured one Kingsley Mudi over affirmed ATM cheating. He was grabbed at around the range of 11 pm on August 2, 2013 at Fidelity Bank ATM on Airport Road, Warri, Delta State accompanying a sagacity report.
