The absence of Intelligence Has Made Military Operation Against Boko Haram Tough. Says -Ola Ibrahim


The Chief of Defence Staff, Admiral Ola Ibrahim on Tuesday blamed inadequate intelligence as an impediment to the fight against insecurity in the country for the military. 
Addressing participants at the National Defence College Course 21 Graduation Lecture,He said the evolving security challenges require new approaches to leadership in the military. 
He challenged participants to use their intellectual capacity to deepen democracy in the country. 
Speaking on the topic; A New Approach To Leadership In The Nigerian Armed Forces, the chief of defence staff listed several challenges inhibiting the military from tackling the security challenges in the country. 
The participants had studied at least ten different world leaders in the course of the programme. 
These studies are expected to prepare for the next phase of military leadership....
