Kim Kardashian who has been keeping a low profile over the last month while she settled into motherhood with baby North West, has apparently made her first public outing following the birth of her daughter on June 15, 2013. It was reported that the reality star looked amazing as she she tried to travel incognito in her nanny's car in Southern California.
