Even though the event kicked off a little later than scheduled - due to the football match being played (Nigeria versus Spain) - there were no dull moments.
The show kicked off with a beautiful opening from Tolu Oniru - Toolz and real housewives' Kenya Moore, followed by back to back performances from Samklef, DRB Lasgidi, Sean Tizzle, Fally Ipupa, Mafikhozolo from South Africa, Olamide, Kaywsitch and rapper 2chainz!
Even though Wizkid and Wande Coal didnot attend the show, fans were not disappointed as they had more than enough thrilling performances. One of the high points of the show was Olamide's performance, he got the audience screaming out loud when he took the stage; rapper 2chainz's performance was another hit while Kaffy and her dance crew were simply amazing!
Two lucky fans also got to win brand new Nokia Lumias for dancing on stage...see photos of some of the celebs at the event below:
